Solutions for service providers.

We use SIP to build products and solve problems.

Opportunities and challenges

A new generation of smarter technology and lighter regulation has made the UK telecoms industry an exciting place to operate. Fresh opportunities have been seized by new service providers who may be smaller than the incumbents, but are often faster.

Products such as SIP trunks and hosted telephony are crossing the chasm with improved PBX interoperability and better service wrap.

Many more opportunities lie in the questions which remain:

How can we enhance or simplify the features of SIP trunking and hosted telephony products so we can increase sales?

How can we overcome the reliability problems associated with voice over ADSL and the interoperability problems caused by NAT traversal?

How can we improve geographic number portability to accelerate migrations to VoIP and offer inbound applications on legacy numbers?

How can we reduce churn and avoid fraud without slowing our pace of innovation?

We believe in SIP

The Session Initiation Protocol is a truly brilliant piece of technology and we're mad about it! Designed by a global community of engineers over the last two decades, it allows revolutionary things to be done with the telephone ... or without it.

Mature and yet completely extensible, we believe SIP belongs at the centre of the solution to almost any modern telephony problem. We'd like to tell you why and, more importantly, show you how.

What we do

We help service providers and resellers to design products that will sell, choose partners who will add value and build platforms that will deliver reliably. Because we are engineers, our approach to consulting is technical. We also offer advanced troubleshooting of SIP applications and installations.

There are some best practices which we believe every service provider should be applying, and one of them is service assurance . For this reason we are advocators and integrators of the Palladion service assurance platform.

Knowledge is at the centre of this revolution and the learning curve is steep. We lead the way by training telecoms engineers to understand, apply and troubleshoot this new technology with our one-day SIP Essentials training workshop. This is great for bringing TDM engineers and IT generalists up to speed.

But enough about us. We would like to hear about what you are doing with SIP now or planning for the future, so please get in touch.
